Hello Praveen,
You can pursue MBA in Media and advertisement .
While pursuing it you can work in same field ,
after completing MBA Degree, you will be having 2 years of work experience in same field .it will help you for faster growth(promotion).

Can you explain plz, how and where I can work while pursuing mba in media and advertising,and which university provide these facilities.

yes you can. It ll b more of self study and less of instruction based. Welingkars provide very gud learning and facility.
