Can I pursue E-MBA from IIM's or from SP Jain without appearing for any entrance exam as I am having 3.5 years of work experience?

As a general practice, e-MBA programs don't need any open test. Some institutes do insist of company sponsorship for seeking admissions. You can visit the website of SP Jain and get an understanding of the terms and conditions of various courses available with the institute.
