Can I pursue ECE, EEE or electronics and telecommunication engineering? I am an average student.

ECE/ENTC will be a combination of theory and calculations. It includes equations of movement of electrons, the flow of current, charging/discharging of capacitors and calculations on antenna systems. It is a good blend of theory+practical+calculations.
