Can I pursue engineering from a reputed college? If possible, can I go abroad?

Yes banks will surely lend you a loan if you successfully get yourself into a reputed college. Chances increase when the college is NIT/IIT. Moreover, for most of the reputed government colleges you can get a loan from bank.
