Can I pursue engineering from IIT Bombay with no fee if my merit score is high?

Hello Ranbir,
You cannot study free of cost at IITs even if you secure an all India rank of 10 or so.
You can get some fee concessions, tuition fee waivers, mess fee waivers, etc.
