Can I pursue engineering in USA? Will the universities in USA consider me as a fresher?

I have done 3 years of polytechnic from MSBTE (Maharashtra State Board Of Technical Education).

    Hi Sumit,
You have not mentioned that you did this course after 10th or 12th. However, I would say that you should probably be considered as a fresher as it might not be equivalent to a diploma.

For Bachelors in engineering they normally don't ask for work experience but for Masters they may ask for experience.
