Can I pursue engineering?

Hi Dear,
For perusing engineering you have to appear in JEE Mains and Advanced. This can give you entry in IITs, NITs and IIITs. But you need to have 50% in physics, chemistry and mathematics taken together.

You may have challenges in getting admission in engineering. You are advised to reappear in 12th board again and get better results after hard work to fullfil your dream of becoming an engineer.
