Can I pursue Executive MBA in operations?

I think top college will not like my work exp. being very different will try to drop me. I think jobs like Operation will suits my experience. Pl guide should I go GMAT or not. I am working as sub inspector.

Yes, you can do E-MBA. But one year MBA degree is not recognized or considered in many organizations. As per UGC there is no concept of Exec-MBA of one year. For relocating your job, there won't be nay hurdle from your current job experience. Many IAS & IPS officers have joined private companies.
