Yes, you can pursue fashion designing in India. It has great scope in our country as well as abroad. The best college for pursuing this course is NIFT. http://www.nift.ac.in There are total 15 NIFTs including Kolkata and Mumbai . Delhi is the central NIFT among all. It comes under the ministry of textiles (gov. of India).Hope this would be helpful to you.
