Yes, you can pursue a fashion designing course with a 54% score in HSC. Many institutions, including Chandigarh University, accept students wuith a minimum of 50% marks in their 12th grade, regardless of the stream. This mens that you are eligible for admission to their Bachelor of Design (Fashion)
