Can I pursue game design and development course?

It is a rare choice and colleges that offers courses in gaming are very rare in India. Gaming specialized courses are available at PG level only. But, there are some Bachelor courses that covers cartoon and gaming in deep. B.Sc in animation. B.Sc in multimedia. B.Sc in visual communication, etc.
