Can I pursue genetic engineering after completing B.Tech biotechnology?

Genetic Engineering is an part of biotechnology only. After B.Tech in Biotechnology, you can go for M.Tech in Genetic Engineering. B.Tech is also available in genetic engineering but in very few institutes.
