Can I pursue graduation from Pune? What is the procedure for pursuing the same?
I have completed diploma in ECE from GTU.

Savitiribai Phule Pune University is much better than Mumbai University.
If you are a class 12th student then JEE marks will be counted for admission through CAP rounds.
If you are a diploma or B.Sc. student then also you have to go through CAP rounds, conducted by DTE, but in case of diploma or B.Sc. you will get direct second year admission to BE or B.Tech.
