Can I pursue graduation from Pune? What is the procedure for pursuing the same?
I have completed diploma in ECE from GTU.

Savitiribai Phule Pune University is much better than Mumbai University.
If you are a class 12th student then JEE marks will be counted for admission through CAP rounds.
If you are a diploma or B.Sc. student then also you have to go through CAP rounds, conducted by DTE, but in case of diploma or B.
