Can I pursue hotel management and catering course without completing B.Sc?

    Yes, hotel management graduation level course can be pursued without completing B.Sc. But, for doing post-graduation in this course, you need to complete graduation in the same field.

    Yes, you can join MBA or M.Sc in hospitality after any UG course.
