    No you can not pursue the B.Tech in Petroleum Engineering on the basis of Diploma in Plastic in Mould Technology. The eligibility criteria of B.Tech in Applied Petroleum Engineering with specialisation in Gas Stream) of UPES Dehradun is given below for an idea.
