Can I pursue JBT from this institute? I am serving in the Indian Army, can you guide me the right path?

In my district, (Yamuna Nagar, Haryana), there are three college. Mukund Lal National College, Khalsa College and Aggersen College. I want to pursue my JBT in Aggersen College. Will it be a better option and can I do it through private? Please show me the path.
