Can I pursue journalism or mass communication course after graduating in English Honors (BA)?
If yes, what is the eligibility criteria for the same?

There is no eligibility to join PG in mass communication. All you need to do is score 50% in your graduation and appear for entrance exams, if you wish to get into a good college.
