Yes you can pursue. You can become Intellectual Proprietary IP specialist. It is very well paid field.

Yes, if you are having interest in law, you can pursue it after B.Tech. For pursuing LLB, you require minimum 50% marks in your graduation degree, and you might have to clear some entrance test with it. (It may vary with the university you want to take admission in.) yes llb is very good field after btech but why u do not do mtech.
