You can do LL.B. Even after B.Tech, because the minimum eligibility criterion is 50% (Varies from university to university) in any graduation. You can get admission in three years LLB course at any university but LLB is not considered as post graduation.

You are eligible to seek admission in 3 years LLB course offered by the majority of legacy universities on completion of B.Sc CS.
