No, you cant directly pursue a 3-year LL.B. Course after 12th arts. In India, you can pursue a 3-year LL.B. Course only after completing a Bachelors degree in any discipline. However, there are a few universities that offer a 5-year integrated LL.B. Course after 12th arts. These courses are designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of law and prepare them for a career in the legal field. 2 years agoHi Vidya, No, just after 12 you can not go for LL.B. If you want to do LL.B. Then you should be graduate first and in case you want to know something different from giving 3 years on graduation and 3 years on LL.B. Then you can go for integrated LL.B. Course that is of 5 years and eligibility is 12th degree. As you are from the arts stream so the best-integrated course for you will be B.A. + LL.B. I. e B.A. LL.B. For that, you can go for CLAT.
