No, you cant directly pursue a 3-year LL.B. Course after 12th arts. In India, you can pursue a 3-year LL.B. Course only after completing a Bachelors degree in any discipline. However, there are a few universities that offer a 5-year integrated LL.B. Course after 12th arts. These courses are designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of law and prepare them for a career in the legal field. LLB Eligibility. Aspiring candidates should have scored a minimum pass percentage either at the 12th level or graduation level. The percentages are 45% marks for General category, 42% for OBC and 40% for SC/ST categories. -
No, there is no provision to do LLB before graduation, but you can get law degree with Your Bachelor's degree of 5 years like BALLB, B.Sc LLB,BBA LLB etc. Or, you can also pursue after complete your graduation. -
You can not do law degree without graduation degree. There are two options available with you to become a lawyer:
(a) Seek admission in National Law Universities and other Institutes by appearing in CLAT for 5-years integrated degrees such as BBA-LLB or BA-LLB or B.Sc-LLB etc.
(b) Seek admission in LLB degree after any graduation degree of your choice. -
