Hello Aniket,
Yes, you can easily pursue LLB after M.com because both of them are totally different. Also, you can pursue LLB anytime as you can hold two degrees but the only thing is that you can't pursue two regular courses simultaneously I.e. you can't pursue LLB while doing M.Com from a regular

But, in my case, the university is asking for original migration certificate. I am doing LLB in regular mode and M.Com in private mode.
