Naresh you can go for the the two together. One course should be regular mode and other one in distance mode.
Join LLB from some good university and if they are offering courses through distance mode, then join MA from there otherwise you can join it from some other university.

Does it compatible to pursue both together? I mean time management for both courses together. And exam date clash etc.
