Dear,
Yes, you can pursue 2 different programme from 2 different university in regular and distance mode.
LLB is a fulltime course so accordingly you can pursue MA as distance mode with IGNOU.

Doesn't it create burden for the students. Is it possible to do both courses together and manage time for both. I heard we have to study alot for law subject. Please suggest me I am thinking of doing dull and Masters form IGNOU together.
