    Hi Raaj,since you have completed your graduation you make direct entry to IPCC,the second stage of CA.But kindly mention your field of graduation.Only BCom and BSc students can enter into field of CA.It doesn't matter whether you are an average student or not if you are ready to hardwork then you really can become a CA.Hardwork and luck will determine your result
