You can do MA in Philosophy after completing your B.Tech. While some colleges may pose an additional requirement for graduation in a similar field, most colleges accept admissions irrespective of the undergraduate subject-field.

Yes you can pursue MA Philosophy after completing BTech or BE course. Make sure that you have at least 50% marks in graduation.
