Hi, You can pursue M.com after BA as some universities just need a bachelors degree whereas some specifically ask for Bcom. IGNOU is a good option. You can also opt for MBA in finance as you are already working in the finance field. All the best.

As a wotking executive, I suggest you do M Com from IGNOU. Min qualification for MCom admission at IGNOU is graduate degree in any subject.
