M.Des in Fashion Design, Students coming from any 10+2 or graduation discipline from a recognised university, or board with a minimum aggregate of 50%, can appear for any entrance or admission process or any design course. You can also have a look at IILM University, Gurugram. You can appear for IIL

Yes, you can do M.Des after B.Des, I would suggest you to explore Masters in design option in abroad too. Germany, Finland have free education system and they have got good design universities too. US also has good design schools. If you want to do M.Des from India, then my ranking will be:

NID got declared as Institute of National Importance. It ranks among top 30 design institutes in the world. It offers B.Des and M.Des.

Definitely, you can pursue M.Des after completing B.Des. Apply to good colleges of B.Des for better job options n future. Here is a list of well recognized colleges in field of B.Des:
