Hi, You can apply for M.Des in Interior Design, Students coming from any 10+2 or graduation discipline from a recognized university, or board with a minimum aggregate of 50%, can appear for any entrance or admission process or any design course. Yes, you can pursue. The eligibility criteria for M.Des in Interior Design is varying from College to College. The eligibility criteria for following two colleges are given below. 1. NID Eligibility criteria: Bachelor degree of minimum 4-year duration in any specialization, after 12th standard or equivalent to 12th standard from any university or institute recognized by law in India. Or Bachelor degree of minimum 4-year duration in any specialization, after 12th standard or equivalent to 12th standard from any university or institute recognized by law in India. Or Full-time Diploma of minimum 4-year duration in Design/Fine Arts/Applied Arts/ Architecture, after 12th standard or equivalent to 12th standard, from any university or institute recognized by law in India. Admission are based on ranks secured in Design Aptitude Test. 2. CEPT University eligibility criteria : Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture or Design or equivalent, awarded upon completion of a course of minimum four years duration, or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture recognized by the Council of Architecture, or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Technology (five-year programme), or Diploma in Interior Design of four years duration (12 + 4), provided that the programme is considered equivalent to a four-year degree programme by the Equivalence Committee of CEPT University Note: Minimum of 55% aggregate marks for General category candidates and 50% aggregate marks for reserved categories candidates. Hence you are eligible here for NID's M.Des programme.
