Can I pursue M.Sc after completing B.El.Ed with average scores?

No, it is not possible after B.El.Ed because M.Sc requires a full fledged 3-year graduation degree (B.Sc) in a particular subject whereas in B.El.Ed, the optional subjects of graduation are only taught for 2 years.
