    Yes my dear, you can do M.Sc if you've got more than 45% to get admission in a good University.

    Yes, once you complete B.Sc, you are eligible for M.Sc. If you have completed B.Sc general, then in M.Sc you have to choose one specialization subject from you previous B.Sc subjects.
