    A graduate/ post-graduate in this field can get appointed as an Agricultural Research Scientist, Agriculture Officer, Production Manager, Farm Manager, etc. Interested students can also opt for jobs in the field of teaching, banking, and insurance.     LPU is one of the best choice for agriculture programme. Lovely Professional University is first private university accredited by Indian Council of Agricultural Research. No other private university has this accreditation. LPU is one of the great place for education where the management actually believe on actions rather than words. Whatever they promised they delivered to us along with in campus placement at good package and best time of life.
  • Bala, LPU is UGC approved so after B.Sc Agri.from here you can apply for M.Sc anywhere. At the same time, number of students from first batch have qualified for JRF test (conducted by ICAR) and cleared with merit positions. Thereby availing ICAR awarded scholarship for doing M.Sc. in various branches of Agriculture namely Plant breeding, Vegetable sci., Entomology, Agricultural statistics etc. in top agricultural universities by Govt. of India.     Bala Krishna, I have not heard any such thing. There one batch has passed out and most students got placed and few opted for higher education programs like M.Sc/ MBA in LPU and various other govt.as well as private universities.
    Check with university for more information.
