No, for MSc course you must complete your BSc then you can pursue MSc.

For M.Sc in MLT first, you have to complete B.Sc in Medical Lab technology.
Eligibility Criteria for B.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology are as follows:
* A candidate must have cleared 10+2 or any equivalent examination from a recognized board or university from the science stream with compulsory subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Biochemistry and Mathematics).
* Candidates who have completed a Diploma in Medical Lab Technology are also eligible to join.
* The minimum cut-off is 50%, which differs depending on the institute or college.
* Clearing an entrance exam is mandatory in order to get into the most reputed institutes. -
No, you cannot pursue M.Sc, you can do the following courses:
B.Sc in Medical Imaging Technology,
B.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology,
PG Diploma in Laboratory Services,
Certificate Course in Blood Bank Technician,
Certificate Course in Clinical Diagnostic Techniques, etc.
