Yes the fellow person can go for M.Sc. In agriculture after opting for B.Sc. In plant Biology and plant biotechnology at graduation level.

Unfortunately not, because for pursuing M.Sc in agriculture, you must have a four-year undergraduate degree like B.Sc Agriculture or BVSC etc.

The eligibility criteria according to ICAR is a Bachelor's degree in agriculture or horticulture or forestry. Therefore, B.Sc in the subject mentioned by you is not eligible.
