Hi Arpit, You are required to hold a Bachelor's degree in closely related program. You may still have a chance in India. But abroad will be difficult. You must also demonstrate your skills and interests. Ask yourself why Animation after Commerce? You may do a PG Diploma course here, gain some work experience and then apply for universities abroad. Check in India - Picasso Animation College, Visual Element Design Academy, PAI-ILS, Seneca College Canada, Vancouver Institute of Media Arts, Tokyo Animation College, etc.
