My suggestion for you will be M.Pharma after B.Pharma. There is no use of doing M.Sc in chemistry after B.Pharma. B.Pharma graduates can improve their future prospects by going for higher studies. The most commonly chosen course is the 2-year Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharma), which is offered by all top colleges in India. The student can pick from a wide range of specializations such as Industrial Pharmacy, Clinical Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Quality Assurance, Drug Regulatory Affairs, etc. Many colleges also offer a Master of Science (M.Sc) in Pharmacology and Pharmaceutical Chemistry which are also two-...more

As a minimum criterion of eligibility for M.Sc Chemistry course, aspiring candidates need to have completed:
Higher and Senior Secondary levels of education (classes X and XII) with a minimum aggregate score of 60%. Graduation (B.Sc with Chemistry as one of the main subjects), with a minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST candidates). Often, candidates are required to qualify as an institute, State or national-level entrance test for admission to M.Sc. Chemistry course.
