Can I pursue M.Sc in CS after completing B.Sc?

I am planning to opt for computer science in B.Sc.

If you had computer papers in B.Sc then you are eligible to seek admission in M.Sc CS in the majority of universities but if you did not have CS as subjects in B.Sc your choice of universities will be lesser. It will better for you to do MCA which had wider acceptance.
