Can I pursue M.Sc in CS or IT after completing B.Sc in zoology and chemistry?

I didn't opt for maths in HSC. I have a keen interest in computer hardware and software. Also, I have practical knowledge of the same.

You are not eligible for M.Sc CS / IT because of your non mathematics background. Although, majority of MCA colleges also have mathematics as mandatory requirement, but some universities such as IGNOU allows non mathematics students to do MCA. You may evaluate doing MCA from such colleges to fulfill your dream of becoming an IT professional.
