You can do MSC provided your score in bachelor's is 50% as most of the universities require this much.

Distance M.Sc. Mathematics is a postgraduate course so the minimum eligibility for the course is an undergraduate degree. To be eligible for Distance M.Sc. In mathematics, a student has to be a B.Sc. Graduate with Mathematics as the major subject. -
