Can I pursue M.Sc in zoology after completing B.Sc in chemistry?

My scores for both the subjects are good during my first two years of B.Sc, but I chose Chemistry for the third year. I am weak in maths. I opted for CBZ in B.SC.

Yes, you most definitely can. Admission into M.Sc zoology would also depend on how you perform in your undergraduate degree, as eligibility into universities may be based on your results in your UG program.
