Can I pursue M.Sc microbiology from USA after completing agriculture?

No the eligibility criteria for many of the universities and colleges for M.Sc. In agriculture is B.Sc. In agriculture. As the agriculture is very vast subject which they have t have a knowledge to choose their specializations in their M.Sc. Like entomology, plant genetics other courses. So only those with B.Sc. Agriculture are eligible for M.Sc. But you can go with any of the subjects with microbiology related to any of the plant related subjects. Or even genetics which can help you.
