Can I pursue M.Tech after 3 year diploma in mechatronics at NTTF Bangalore with 3 years of work experience?

No, for pursuing M.Tech, he should have a proper 4 years of engineering degree, and he has done Diploma, so he can take admission in lateral entry 2nd year of BE/B.Tech, not eligible for ME/M.Tech.

4 years agoNo, he can not. For Masters your son needs a Bachelors degree or equivalent so just with a Diploma he can't. All the best.
