    Hi,
You are not eligible for M.Tech program after completing B.Sc degree because as per UGC guidelines the minimum eligibility is B.Tech degree or M.Sc level in related domain. You need to finish M.Sc level for M.Tech degree or you need to change your career plan.
    All the best.

    Hello,
Yes, you can do M.Tech after completing B.Sc. But, you have to clear entrance exam to get into a college for M.Tech.
You can try to get admission in:
    1. IIT's
    2. NIT's
    3. IISc – Bangalore.
    4. Birla Institute of Technology - BIT Mishra.
    5. Anna University.
You can also prepare for IIT JAM entrance test to pursue M.Sc or dual degree courses from IIT's or IISc like:
    1. M.Sc (Two year).
    2. Joint M.Sc - Ph.D.
    3. M.Sc - Ph.D dual degree.
    4. M.Sc - M.Tech.
    5. Post Bachelor degree courses at different IITs.
    6. Integrated Ph.D courses at IISC.
    I hope it helps.
