Hi,
You are not eligible for M.Tech program after completing B.Sc degree because as per UGC guidelines the minimum eligibility is B.Tech degree or M.Sc level in related domain. You need to finish M.Sc level for M.Tech degree or you need to change your career plan.
All the best.

Hello,
Yes, you can do M.Tech after completing B.Sc. But, you have to clear entrance exam to get into a college for M.Tech.
You can try to get admission in:
1. IIT's
2. NIT's
3. IISc – Bangalore.
4. Birla Institute of Technology - BIT Mishra.
5. Anna University.
You can also prepare for IIT JAM

I studied BSc in Design and Computing of 4 years from BITS Pilani and no they are not allowing students of BSc to apply MTech. Eventhough I have 4+ years of experience.
