No dear, as you completed graduation in Bsc microbiology stream, so you are not eligible for admission in M.Tech. (Biotechnology).

No, you can not directly pursue M.Tech after B.Sc. The B.Sc course should be of at least 4 years duration, which is less possible in considering the field you opted for is microbiology. However, you can pursue an M.Tech in Biotechnology after you complete M.Sc in Biotechnology.
