Can I pursue M.Tech in computer science after completing BCA?

You can pursue M.Tech from BITS - Pilani through distance education.

The eligibility criteria for M.Tech is B.Tech, M.Sc or MCA. I don't think, it is possible to go for M.Tech after completing BCA.
