Yes, you can pursue an M. Tech in Mechanical Engineering through distance education, particularly if you are a working professional. Numerous universities, such as LPU, provide distance learning programs that address the needs of working individuals. These programs are structured to offer flexibility regarding the pace and location of learning while still upholding the academic standards of traditional full-time courses.

Distance M. Tech programs generally consist of online classes, recorded lectures, and occasional in-person interactions or examinations. The curriculum encompasses essential elements of mechanical engineering, enablin

LPU does not provide an M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering in distance or online learning; its M.Tech courses, including Mechanical Engineering, are offered only as full-time, on-campus programs. Although there may be distance M.Tech courses at some Indian institutions, LPU's distance learning department does not include M.Tech in its range of postgraduate courses, instead presenting management, IT, commerce, arts, and library sciences. If you are an employee and in search of distance or online M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, you would have to look for other institutes recognized for their distance or online courses in accordance with

Yes, as a working professional, you can pursue an M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering through distance or part-time education, although there are some important considerations. In India, the AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) currently does not recognize M.Tech degrees through fully distance learning.

However, many universities offer part-time, weekend, or online M.Tech programs with limited contact classes, which are tailored for working professionals. These programs are often referred to as M.Tech for Working Professionals and are offered by institutions like BITS Pilani (Work Integrated Learning Programs), IITs (through o

LPU does not yet offer M.Tech in mechanical engineering through distance education or online mode. According to the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the Aicte guidelines, M.Tech programs are held, especially in core-technical branches as mechanical, usually regularly in full-time mode due to their practical and laboratory-oriented courses.

However, if you are a functioning professional and look for flexible learning options, you can detect LPU weekend or part -time m.tech programs (if offered), or evaluate the online post -graduate diploma programs in the respective areas. LPU also has a strong external educational wing (LP
