    Hello,
Robotics is a field related to electrical and Mechanical Engineering. Therefore, you can surely pursue M.Tech in robotics after completing B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Mechanical Engineering.
I hope this answers your question. If you have any further questions, kindly revert.

As far as I know, B.Tech graduates from electrical / mechanical / EEE / electronics and instrumentation can pursue M.Tech in robotics.
