Can I pursue M.Tech?
I have completed polytechnical diploma in mechanical field. But final year result is yet to be declare

No. After diploma you can take admission in B.Tech lateral entry but not in M.Tech. You can take provisional admission. Some of the best institutes to take admission are- GNDU, Lovely Professional University, PEC , Pune University.
