If you have back papers, you will have to clear them first before you apply. Secondly, technical courses like B.Tech./ M.Tech are not offered through distance mode and if any institute is doing so, it can not be AICTE approved. lastly, admission norms are same for regular and distance mode courses.

Hi,
Firstly, to pursue M.Tech, you need to pass B.E. / B.Tech in the relevant field with minimum 60% from a recognized university. So, it is highly advisable to clear all backlogs before you apply for M.Tech.
Secondly, it is always advisable to go for regular courses rather than correspondence.
