Well as you are a B.Com graduate you can very well go for Masters in psychology, being from this field people generally go for MBA but if you have an interest in psychology its really good. Now a days we are having an interesting field in psychology coming up which very well relates Business field with psychology and that is Industrial/Organisational Psychology.
